We provide clear upfront pricing before any work begins.

Pricing is based on standard installations with typical access.

If specialized equipment is required — such as tall ladders, lift equipment, or unusual access conditions — any additional costs will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Pricing is based on straightforward replacements using existing wiring and electrical boxes in good condition.

If any issues are found — such as damaged boxes, short wiring, aluminum wiring, or other code-related concerns — we will discuss options and pricing with you before proceeding. No additional work is completed without your approval.
